Shipping Coverage
Earthlayers currently ships to the United States and Canada. Orders are fulfilled and shipped from a U.S.-based fulfillment center.
Preorders
Selected dinnerware sets may be available for early-bird preorder. Preorder items are not immediately available for shipment and are fulfilled according to production timelines.
Full payment is collected at checkout. Estimated shipping timelines will be displayed on the product page and may be updated due to production or logistics conditions.
If any significant changes occur to the estimated shipping timeline, customers will be notified using the contact information provided at checkout.
Shipping Costs
Standard shipping is currently $7.99 USD for orders shipped to the United States and Canada.
Shipping options, estimated delivery times, and final shipping costs will be displayed at checkout based on the destination.
Order Processing
In-stock orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 3 to 7 business days after payment confirmation, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Preorder items are expected to ship in August 2026, unless otherwise updated. Transit time begins once the order has been handed over to the carrier.
Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 business days after shipment.
Delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier delays, customs processing, and local delivery conditions. Any delivery timeframe shown at checkout is an estimate only and is not a guaranteed delivery date.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country.

Damaged or Incorrect Shipments
