Shipping Policy

Earthlayers currently ships to the United States and Canada. Orders ship from a U.S. fulfillment location.

Preorders

Selected Earthlayers dinnerware sets are currently available for early-bird preorder. Preorder items are not ready-to-ship inventory. Full payment is collected at checkout. Preorder items are expected to ship in August 2026.

If the expected shipping month changes, we will contact customers by email using the email address provided at checkout.

Shipping options and costs

Standard Shipping is currently $7.99 USD for the United States and Canada. Shipping options, delivery estimates, and shipping costs will be shown at checkout once available for your location.

Order processing

In-stock orders are usually prepared for shipment within 3 to 7 business days after payment is confirmed, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Preorder items are expected to ship in August 2026. Transit time begins after the preorder has been fulfilled and handed to the carrier.

Delivery estimates

Estimated transit time is currently 3 to 5 business days after fulfillment. Delivery times may vary by destination, carrier, customs processing, and local delivery conditions. Any delivery estimate shown at checkout is an estimate and is not a guaranteed delivery date.

Customs, duties, and taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees charged by the destination country or carrier. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Damaged or incorrect shipments

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at dannyfan957@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.
