Preorders


Selected Earthlayers dinnerware sets are currently available for early-bird preorder. Preorder items are not ready-to-ship inventory. Full payment is collected at checkout. Preorder items are expected to ship in August 2026.


If the expected shipping month changes, we will contact customers by email using the email address provided at checkout.


Preorder cancellations and refunds


You may contact us at dannyfan957@gmail.com before your preorder has shipped if you need help with a cancellation or refund request. If your preorder has already shipped, the standard return policy below applies.


If we are unable to fulfill your preorder, or if there is a material delay, we will contact you by email with the available options.


Returns


We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.


To start a return, please contact us at dannyfan957@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Items sent back without first contacting us may not be accepted.


Damaged or incorrect items


Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. We will review the issue and help make it right.


Return shipping


Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.


Refunds


After we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to process the refund.


Non-returnable items


Used items, items not in original condition, and final sale items cannot be returned.
